What to Do When You Have Hosed Your Layouts beyond Recovery:

If you have moved columns, changed names, and hidden columns to the point that the layout is no longer recognizable, you can start over with the original shipping spreadsheet layout default.  To do this, select View > Spreadsheet Layout and click Add.  The layout that is created is the default shipping layout.
