300 Construction and Real Estate, Sage 100 Contractor & Sage Estimating software. Current users or potential users

What food is provided?
The registration fee includes various food throughout the conference:
- Breakfast and Lunch on Thursday and Friday
- Reception with light hors d'oeuvres on Thursday evening
I need a receipt for reimbursement. How can I obtain a receipt?
When you register for the conference online, you will receive a confirmation email
as well as a receipt that includes a summary of your charges.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be
received in writing by the TUG office (email) no later than September 28, 2017, to
receive a refund. Cancellations received by this date will receive a full
refund minus a $50.00 administrative fee. After September 28, 2017, no refunds can
be given.
Can I transfer my registration to a co-worker if I have registered
but cannot attend?
Yes, please send an email to registration@tugweb.com with your confirmation number and the
co-worker's name and contact information.
CPE Credits – Which sessions are eligible for CPE credits and how
do I obtain credits for the sessions I attend?
CPE participants can receive up to 7 CPE credits per full day of attendance, for a possible total of 14 CPE credits during the workshop. Certificates will
be sent via email after the workshop.
Photographs and Videotaping:

Taking photographs or using video equipment other than for personal use at the 2017 TUG Regional Workshop is prohibited and violators will be removed from the premises. Only the official photographer will be authorized to take photographs.

The Hilton Austin, our host hotel for the 2017 TUG Regional Workshop, no longer has rooms available for the duration of this year’s Regional Workshop. To help suit our attendees' needs, we have a second option for you at the Hilton Garden Inn Austin Downtown/Convention Center.

The discounted conference room rate is $239+tax (single/double occupancy) for all conference attendees (taxes are currently at 15%). The reservation deadline is Wednesday, September 15, 2017, or until the hotel is fully booked. After this date, any new reservation will be accepted based upon the space availability, but the group rate cannot be guaranteed.
