Who should attend the TUG regional Workshop?
The workshop will feature educational sessions by presenters versed in Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, Sage 100 Contractor & Sage Estimating software. Current users or potential users will gain valuable insight into current applications and future upgrades.

What are the registration fees?

*Please note that all payments made by credit/debit card will appear on statements/transaction history as Meeting Expectations, Inc. Meeting Expectations, Inc. is the managing company for TUG, so all charges made through TUG will appear as such.

What food is provided?
The registration fee includes various food throughout the conference:

• Breakfast and Lunch on Thursday and Friday
• Reception with light hors d'oeuvres on Thursday evening 

I need a receipt for reimbursement. How can I obtain a receipt?
When you register for the conference online, you will receive a confirmation email as well as a receipt that includes a summary of your charges.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be received in writing by the TUG office (email) no later than September 28, 2017, to receive a refund. Cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund minus a $50.00 administrative fee. After September 28, 2017, no refunds can be given.

Can I transfer my registration to a co-worker if I have registered but cannot attend?
Yes, please send an email to registration@tugweb.com with your confirmation number and the co-worker's name and contact information.

CPE Credits – Which sessions are eligible for CPE credits and how do I obtain credits for the sessions I attend?
CPE participants can receive up to 7 CPE credits per full day of attendance, for a possible total of 14 CPE credits during the workshop. Certificates will be sent via email after the workshop.

The Hilton Austin, our host hotel for the 2017 TUG Regional Workshop, no longer has rooms available for the duration of this year’s Regional Workshop. To help suit our attendees' needs, we have a second option for you at the Hilton Garden Inn Austin Downtown/Convention Center.

The reservation deadline is Wednesday, September 15, 2017, or until the hotel is fully booked. After this date, any new reservation will be accepted based upon the space availability, but the group rate cannot be guaranteed.

Driving Directions to the Hilton Austin from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport:

From Austin-Bergstrom Airport: Exit the airport and take Highway 71 west approximately 5.5 miles to I-35. Merge onto I-35 North and take exit 234C. Turn left at the first stop light (6th Street).
