The 2015 TUG Regional Workshop will be held at The Westin Buckhead in Atlanta, Georgia.

 

Please note that our contracted room block at the Westin Buckhead Atlanta is currently sold out, but we have established an overflow block at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead located approximately .3 miles from the Westin Buckhead.

Group Guest Room Rate:
The discounted overflow guest room rate is $189+tax for the nights of September 30 - October 3 based upon availability. The current tax rate is 16% and the Georgia state motel/hotel fee is currently $5.00.

Reservations:

The reservation deadline is September 25, 2015 or until the hotel is fully booked. After this date, any new reservation will be accepted based upon the space availability, but the group rate cannot be guaranteed.

The discounted conference room rate is $179+tax (single/double occupancy) for all conference attendees (taxes are currently at 8%).

Transportation Options:

The Westin Buckhead Atlanta is 19-miles or 30 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and 8-miles or 10 minutes from Peachtree DeKalb Airport.

  • Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) - MARTA offers and inexpensive and convenient way to navigate the city. From the Airport please take the North-North Springs Line to Buckhead Station (N7). Walk one (1) block North on Peachtree Road and the hotel is on the right.   • Taxi Service - A taxi ride from Hartsfield Jackson International airport to The Westin Buckhead is approximately $38 exclusive of tax and gratuity. While on property taxis are readily available to deliver you to your destination of choice, please call Service Express while on property to arrange for taxi service.

From East
Take Interstate 20 West to Downtown and proceed to Interstate 85 North.
Take I-85 and exit at GA400 North.
Take the Lenox Road Exit and turn right.  
Follow the signs for Peachtree Road South.
Turn right onto Peachtree Road, then turn left at the second traffic light.
The hotel is on the right.

From West
Take Interstate 285 East to Georgia State Route 400 South. 
Proceed to the Lenox Road Exit. 
Turn left and follow the signs for Peachtree Road South.
Turn right onto Peachtree Road South. 
Turn left at the second traffic light.  The hotel is on the right
