Associate Member Benefits


Below is a description of many of the outstanding member benefits that are mentioned above and available to you. Associate Membership rates are currently $450 per company annually. TUG Pulse Newsletter  

Each month, TUG publishes an electronic newsletter, TUG Pulse, which is available to all active members. TUG Pulse contains helpful articles on a variety of topics that are written by other members and consultants.  These articles offer a wealth of information on how to use Sage 300 CRE, Sage 100 Contractor, Sage Estimating, Sage Intacct Construction, tips and tricks, complimentary software systems, and upcoming trainings offered by TUG. Past issues of TUG Pulse are also available for members to access online.

Company Listing on TUGWeb

TUG has a section on TUGWeb that lists all of our current Associate members logo's, along with a description of their products and services (limit of 150 words) and a link to the company website.  Please submit descriptions and web link to info@tugweb.com.

 

Educational TUG Pulse Newsletter Articles

Another benefit available to Associate members is the opportunity to have up to 2 educational articles published per year, or, as an active part of a user community, they can submit on behalf of the community up to one published article per TUG Pulse newsletter issue. Associate members can use these articles to provide educational information to users of the Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, Sage 100 Contractor, Sage Estimating, and Sage Intacct Construction software on a variety of subjects on behalf of a User Community. All submitted articles must be received by the 5th of the month for publication in that month’s newsletter and must meet all requirements. 

 

Access to TUGWeb

Each company is allowed multiple user accounts on TUGWeb at no additional cost. To add a user, you must be logged in to your company's master account, which was set-up when your company account was created. If you are not sure who holds the master account, or if you need to change this, please contact the TUG office.

TUG Talk Online Forum

Another great feature available on TUGWeb is the TUG Talk Online Forum, which is a place to post questions and/or issues that you are currently having with the Sage 300 CRE, Sage 100 Contractor, Sage Estimating, and Sage Intacct Construction software. If you would like to subscribe to any of these topics, you can do so through TUGWeb. There are two options for this; One will provide an email for each message or response and the other will provide a digest email with all updates from the lasts quarter day. 

Annual TUG National Users Conference

Each spring, TUG holds the TUG National Users Conference. This multi-day conference is full of learning opportunities covering a variety of topics. The conference also offers lots of opportunities to network with other members and to meet with vendors that offer products to make Sage 300 CRE, Sage 100 Contractor, Sage Estimating, and Sage Intacct Construction easier to use and more productive. Members save up to $500 off the registration cost for each employee!

Sponsorship Opportunities at Conference

There are a variety of sponsorship opportunities available at the TUG National Users Conference for our Associate Members. Get your company featured on our conference marketing materials and get your contact information into the hands of our conference attendees by sponsoring an item at the conference! Career Center

The all new TUG Career Center is a place where members can go to search and/or post current job openings. Be sure to subscribe to the career center posts if you would like to receive notifications when new job openings and/or resumes are posted. 

 

Ability to Present Webinar Sessions

Each month, TUG hosts a variety of training sessions and committee meetings in a webinar format, free to our members. Associate members are welcome to join and participate in our monthly training webinars and share their expertise with our user members. These sessions are educational in nature and are not intended as a forum to sell products or services. Associate members are able to present training webinars on behalf of a User Community in which they are a member. Topics are discussed and scheduled on the respective User Community's monthly Open Forum meeting.
