Where is the 2019 TUG Fall Workshop?

The workshop is being held at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado.

What are the dates of the workshop?
October 14-15, 2019

Who should attend the TUG Fall Workshop?
The workshop will feature educational sessions by presenters versed in Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, Sage 100 Contractor & Sage Estimating software. Current users or potential users will gain valuable insight into current applications and future upgrades.

What food is provided?
The registration fee includes the following meals* throughout the workshop:

  • Lunch on Monday and Tuesday
  • Light hors d'oeuvres at the Welcome Reception Monday evening

I need a receipt for reimbursement. How can I obtain a receipt?
When you register for the workshop online, you will receive a confirmation email as well as a receipt that includes a summary of your charges.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be received in writing by the TUG office (email) no later than September 30, 2019, to receive a refund. Cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund minus a $100.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received between September 30, 2019 and October 13, 2019 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations received on or after October 14, 2019.

Can I transfer my registration to a co-worker if I have registered but cannot attend?
Yes, please send an email to registration@tugweb.com with your confirmation number and the co-worker's name and contact information.

CPE Credits – Which sessions are eligible for CPE credits and how do I obtain credits for the sessions I attend?
CPE participants can receive up to 12 CPE credits during the workshop. Certificates will be sent via email after the workshop.

Please note that sessions within the following tracks are not eligible for CPE Credits:

  • Track 07 - Vendor Sponsored Presentations
  • Ask the Experts - One-on-One Booths

Please refer to the session descriptions document and the individual session descriptions for sessions that are eligible for CPE credits.

Photographs and Videotaping: 

  • Taking photographs or using video equipment other than for personal use at the 2019 TUG Fall Workshop is prohibited and violators will be removed from the premises. Only the official photographer will be authorized to take photographs.

  • The organizers reserve the right to use any videos recorded at the 2019 TUG Fall Workshop for public viewing on the conference website.

  • The organizers reserve the right to use any photos taken at the 2019 TUG Fall Workshop for use in conference materials, appearing either in printed documents or in related websites. 

How do I make my hotel reservations?

Please note: hotel reservations are not included in the Fall Workshop registration rates.

The discounted conference room rate is $225+tax (single/double occupancy) for all conference attendees (taxes are currently at 15.75%). Reservations may be made either by calling +1.303.436.1234 and requesting the TUG group rate or online by visiting: https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/DENCC/G-TUG9

The reservation deadline is Tuesday, September 17, 2019, or until the hotel is fully bookedAfter this date, any new reservation will be accepted based upon the space availability, but the group rate cannot be guaranteed.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel your reservation, notice must be given to the hotel at least 48 hours prior to check-in (4:00 pm, MST) on the scheduled day of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled less than 48 hours before scheduled arrival will be assessed a fee equal to one night room rate and tax. 

Is there a charge for parking at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center?
For your convenience, the hotel offers both valet and self-parking, subject to availability. Underground hotel covered self-parking is located off 14th and Welton Streets. The parking office for vehicle departure is adjacent to the parking elevators on the lobby level. Current parking fees are as follows:

  • Self Parking (5+ hours and overnight per night until 12:30 PM on departure day): $39
  • Valet Rate (6+ hours and overnight per night until 12:30 PM on departure day): $52 per vehicle per day

*Late checkout fees for vehicles parked past 12:30 p.m. on scheduled departure day may apply.

The Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center is located 27 miles or 43 minutes from Denver International Airport.

What transportation is available from the airport to the hotel?

  • Uber and Lyft are available at Denver International Airport.
  • Denver Airport Rail
    • Travelers can use A Line, the rail service from Denver International Airport to LoDo's (lower downtown) Union Station and back, courtesy of Regional Transportation District (RTD). The Denver Airport Rail has six stops along the way and takes approximately 37 minutes at a cost of $10.50 each way.
