The 2018 TUG National Users Conference will be held at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort.
We do still have rooms available within our TUG Housing Block at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort, though your travel dates may not align with the nights we have remaining. If you find yourself in that situation, we have a second option for you at the Cabana Bay Beach Resort. This hotel is a short walk from the Loews Royal Pacific and offers free Wi-Fi.

Group Guest Room Rate:
The discounted conference room rate is $215.00 +tax (single/double occupancy) per night for all conference attendees (taxes are currently at 12.5%). Rates are also available 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference dates.

Reservations may be made either by calling the reservation number listed above and requesting the TUG group rate or online by visiting:
The reservation deadline is Wednesday, April 18, 2018, or until the hotel is fully booked. After this date, rooms will be accepted on a space availability basis at the group rate.

- Use the left lane to keep left at the fork and follow sings for Universal Studios/CityWalk/Islands of Adventure
- Turn left on to Universal Blvd
- Use the left lane to turn left onto Hollywood Way

Getting around:
- Garden walkway: this roughly 1/3-mile walkway brings you from the pool gate at Royal Pacific to the CityWalk entrance next to Margaritaville and back. The path is extremely easy to follow, beautifully landscaped, and safe because it never crosses any public roads.
