The 2016 TUG National Users Conference will be held at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa, in Chandler (Phoenix), Arizona.
Please note that our contracted room block at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa is now sold out. We have established an overflow block at nearby hotels. Please see below for information on each option and instructions on how to make your reservations.
You are welcome to try to make a reservation at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass in the event there has been a cancellation. Once it is sold out, there will be a wait list to join should a cancellation occurs. It is recommended you make a reservation at an overflow hotel in addition to joining the waitlist, but please note the cancellation policy at the overflow hotel.
If you are unable to secure a reservation at any hotel, please contact Amy Critzer at registration@tugweb.com with your arrival and departure dates.
Due to high demand for rooms at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa, should you need to cancel your reservation at this hotel, please do so by contacting Amy Critzer at registration@tugweb.com so we can ensure the rooms are placed back into TUG's block for those on the waiting list.

SHERATON WILD HORSE PASS RESORT & SPA (CONFERENCE HOTEL)
Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa is located 11 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and 15 miles from downtown Phoenix. Feel a world away as you drive south from central Phoenix and into the Gila River Indian community. Group Guest Room Rate:
The discounted conference room rate is $135+tax (single/double occupancy) for all conference attendees (taxes are currently at 12%.) Rates are also available 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference dates.
Payment Policy:
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee all reservations, and must be presented upon check-in. Guests wishing to pay by cash can do so upon departure only. Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges

The reservation deadline is Monday, April 18, 2016 by 5:00pm PST or until the hotel is fully booked. After this date, rooms will be accepted on a space availability basis at the group rate.

Attendees need to cancel a minimum of 72 hrs. prior to arrival to avoid a one night penalty charge.

Directions from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX):
- Take AZ-143 South
- Merge onto I-10 East toward Tucson
- Exit Wild Horse Pass Blvd
- Turn right onto Wild Horse Pass Blvd
- Continue on Wild Horse Pass Blvd through two signal lights
- Follow the signs onto to the resort grounds and guest registration
Enjoy the winding two-mile drive through the heart of the Sonoran Desert as you traverse past the championship Troon-managed Whirlwind Golf Club, Interactive Hiking trails, our replica of the mighty Gila River that was once the lifeblood of these lands and Aji Spa.

The Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa offers outdoor self and valet parking. Self-parking is complimentary while valet parking is available for a nightly fee. To make arrangements for parking buses or RVs, please contact the Concierge.

Transportation Options:
The resort is located just 15 miles from Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) and 35 miles from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA). After you land in the Valley of The Sun, both airports offers multiple modes of transportation, including taxi and private car services.
There are a number of ways that guests can get Phoenix. If you are looking to enjoy a day on the links or an evening at the casino, our resort shuttle will bring you back and forth. We have a Hertz rental car desk available right on property and taxis are also available at the resort. For a hassle-free trip downtown, we offer a private car service.
