TUG Tip -- PJ Change Request - Changing the Description of the Statuses

You can change the names of the 3 pending Change Request statuses, Potential, Submitted and Verbal Okay in PJ. Go to File>Company Settings> Custom descriptions and find JC Potential CO, JC CO Request and JC Verbal Okay and change the names.
