Job Setup 'Checklists'

The SAGE 300 CRE Job Setup screen in Job Cost provides 10 check boxes or Checklists as well as the 5 ‘Name’ Fields, 2 email fields, 2 (optional) ‘Key’ Fields, and in addition to Custom Fields.

Checklists can be useful for tracking various yes/no information, such as internal process, job type, job status, documentation requirements, insurance & bond requirements, internal reporting needs, etc. Examples: Internal Process • Survey Complete? • GL Allocation Complete? Job Type • Cost Based? • Contract Based? Job Status • Active Job? • Field Crew Mobilized Now? • Job On Hold? • Substantial Complete? • Waiting for Close Out? Documentation Requirements • Daily Reports Req’d? • State Reporting Req’d? Insurance & Bond Requirements • COI Req’d? • Builders Risk? • Performance Bond? • Payment Bond? Internal Reporting
