Column Skipping in Billings Module

If you only bill by Percentage Billed or by Work Completed this Period and want to make your billing format data entry easier, this great tip was shared in a FREE webinar presented by Natalie Allen on Sage 300 Contract Billings. To automatically tab past columns that you want to reference, but won’t be entering data in, you can right click on the column header and click Column Skip. Now when you tab thru the line, it will automatically skip over columns you don’t enter data in! To remove the skip, right click again and click Column Skip. The small arrow in the column indicates the column is skipped.

Utilizing this same drop down, you can Freeze and Unfreeze Columns as well as Hide/Show Columns.
