Adding Contract Date to your AIA Billing Form

Being new to Contract Based billing it has been a challenge to get all of the system forms and information entered so it will populate on the AIA G702 documents. Many fields get entered at the Job Central and AR setup. One of the tricky ones I was missing was the Contract Date. Make sure when you are setting up your contract that the Contract Date gets entered. I found this to be the only field with that information on it and it pushes to the Sage AIA form.
