Moving Records

Any time you are moving records within master or transactions files, be sure to use conditions to limit the information to be transferred. If you are moving transactions by date range, always have a date range that includes both the date from and date to. Also, if you have a large amount of information to transfer, sometimes it is better to move it in smaller segments rather than one large group.
