RFI'S: Number System

Creating a consistent numbering system to differentiate between precon and operation RFI’s is something you may need for your projects. Here’s an easy way to create a numbering system:

• Use “_PC001, _PC002, _PC003, etc.” for Preconstruction RFI’s

• Use “001, 002, 003, etc.” for construction RFI’s

This numbering system allows the RFI’s to be in the order you need them in, and it allows the next number to follow the previous number.
