TUG Tip -- Sage 300 CRE- Accounting / Contracts

Delete Standard Contract

A Standard Contract was set up in error and needs to be deleted. It happens in every company, someone who doesn’t know the software, sets up a STANDARD Contract in the Contracts module and it should have been an ACTIVE Contract. Now you need to delete the contract before someone uses it incorrectly. Note: You cannot delete the contract or contract items if any of them have a status of Approved, Closed, or Paid in Full. In my case, the deletion was easy.

• Open the contract

• Click Yes

 • Repeat for each contract item and for the contract as needed.
