How to Enter Drawings with Phases

Do you have multiple phases in one job and need to create a drawing log? If you have the same drawing numbers for each phase, you’ll need to create a numbering system that works best for your project because Sage does not allow you to duplicate numbers. You can also use the “Misc” column to sort your drawings by “phase” or “area”. You can rename the “Misc” column like I did to “Area” in custom descriptions. If you plan on using the “Misc” column, remember to modify your drawing log report to sort drawings using that column. Here’s an example below.
