Sage 300 CRE TUG Tip of the Week: How to Export a Inquiry to ExcelDid you know you can export an inquiry to Excel? It’s easy to do and very helpful when you need to present a different format or add information.
Open the inquiry you want to export by using either the icons at the top of the query window, select “Export to Excel” or use the function, ALT+X.The workbook will open in an Excel Binary Workbook (*.xlsb) so it will look a little different than a standard Excel document. Save the file as an Excel (*.xlsx) document.  If you close and reopen the file, it will look like a typical Excel document and you are free to make whatever formatting changes are necessary.
