To send a report from the Reports menu, select the report you want to send. Select ranges or conditions for the report you’d like to print. When finished, click Send in the print selection window. The report appears in the Attachments field in the Sending window. Select who it needs to be sent to, and the send method (email or printer). If you’d like to add a subject or message, do so in the boxes provided. When complete, click Send. If emailing, your email program may request that you authorize the send. Simply do so if that happens. Once the message is sent, it will show in your sent messages on your email program.
