Sage 300 CRE Tip:

How to search for keywords in a Crystal Report?

I always find myself trying to find specific words in an RFI relating to an issue onsite or just a quick check to see if I already created a change request for an issue that has come up. I don’t like to duplicate my efforts, so I confirm using a summary log in Crystal Reports and I use the ‘Find Text’ (icon looks like binoculars) feature. Here’s a quick screenshot:
Open a Crystal Report Summary Log
Click on the ‘Find Text’ or ‘binoculars’ in your Crystal Report
Enter a keyword in the ‘Find Text’ space provided
Click ‘Find Next’ (it will continue to search the document for the keyword)
When done, click cancel to close

Hello, I went to follow the steps provided above and could not find a location to view a summary log. Sage's support page states that Task View Summary logs are not supported at this time. Wanted to check and see if you were specifically finding this option. Thanks
