Sage Estimating Tip:

Tip on Multiple Layouts:

Estimating allows you to save multiple layouts for reports and the spreadsheet.

To save or create a new layout: Click the spreadsheet layout icon. Click Add (to create a new layout) or Edit (to change an existing layout). You control which columns, fonts, font colors, background colors, field sizes, and so on to display. Modify the layout as desired, give it a name and accept it. The layout is now available for both viewing and reporting.

To print a saved layout: From the Reports menu, select Spreadsheet Report and then select Report Options. Click the Font/Layout tab. In the lower right corner click the drop-down arrow in the layout field and select the layout you want to print.
