Sage 300 CRE Tip: Eliminate Unused Source Types in SAGE 300 Project Management Change Management System

To save time, edit your Change Request Source Type dropdown list to contain only the types used in your business. Arrange the list so it reflects the most sense for your users. Alphabetically is the norm, but perhaps having “RFI” as your default or at the top of the list might be what your company needs. Be careful when deleting previously used types as your data will no longer be complete. These settings are company wide.
