Exporting a Report to PDF

Open the report you want to export. I used PJ/Reports/Subcontract Log with Detail for this example. Either enter the job number in the field “Specific Job” to pull all of the subcontracts for that project or use “Ranges” to select a specific subcontract PO.

Once you have your parameters selected and select “Printer Setup.” From the “Printer” dropdown, select Adobe PDF and click “OK.” Click either “Start” to save the file to the location you selected or “Send” to email it.
