Group Guest Room Rate:
A special discounted room rate of $329 at the Omni Nashville Hotel has been established for attendees of the conference. Using our hotel link below will guarantee the best negotiated rates. If you have found something that says otherwise, please contact
us immediately before booking.
Please note: as room nights sell out at the above discounted nightly rate, the room rate will increase based on availability. The current occupancy and sales tax (currently 16.25%) and
applicable fees will be charged in addition to the room rates set forth above.

The reservation deadline is Wednesday, July 16, 2025, or until the hotel is fully booked. After this date, rooms will be accepted on a space availability basis at the group rate.

Cancellation Policy:
Individual reservations may be canceled 48 hours in advance without liability. Any deposits will be refunded.

Parking:
- The Omni Nashville offers valet parking at $60 per day with in and out privileges.
- Self Parking is available at the Music City Center garage adjacent to the hotel for $35 + tax per day without daily in and out privileges. The garage entrance is on Sixth Avenue between Korean Veterans Blvd and Demonbreun.
- Daily and event parking is $32 per car (0-10 hours); $60 per car (10+ hours).
