This session will begin with an overview of PJ Change Management workflow and will move on to the details of the PJ Change Request screen. We will briefly discuss customization and setup options, including Custom Descriptions, Customizable Fields and setting up Views in the Change Request screen. We will walk through the detailed steps necessary to create a change request, send requests for quotes to vendors, complete the change request details and submit to the customer for consideration.  We will also do the steps to approve and update the estimate.
