This session will build on the previous session from this month. We will go over the detailed steps to create an approved owner change order, including linking to existing or new change requests, and linking to contract items in preparation for customer billing. We will also take you through the detailed steps to create an approved commitment change order, including linking to existing or new change request line items, and linking to commitment line items to allow subcontracts and vendors to bill you for the change amounts. We will also discuss opening and editing existing commitment change orders and change requests to make adjustments when needed.
