This advanced PJ Change Management session will focus on the price side and keeping your Contract Schedule of Values updated.  We will look at how to assign Change Request line items to specific Schedule of Values line items in the Change Request grid as well as how to "Quick Add" a new Schedule of Values line item when approving an Owner Change Order.  We will also review different techniques for setting up default Add Ons in PJ Job Setup and will look at different options to help manage Contingencies and Allowances.
