This advanced PJ Change Management session will focus on the cost side and keeping your "Total Estimate" as accurate as possible.  We will look at using the "Update Job Estimate" function from the "Use as" button in the Change Request screen and discuss how to use "Internal" Change Requests to manage buy outs and busts.  We will also discuss techniques for forecasting and talk about how to make sure your formulas are accounting for all your JTD costs as well as all your commitments early in the project.
