Group Guest Room Rate:

A special discounted room rate at the ARIA Resort & Casino has been established for attendees of the conference. Please note: as room nights sell out at the $175 nightly rate, the room rate will increase based on availability.

Please note: a daily $30 resort fee plus the current Clark County room tax of 13.38% (subject to change) will be charged in addition to the room rates set forth above. The daily resort fee includes:

Property-wide high speed internet access (public spaces and in-room, including all meeting space)
Unlimited local and toll free calls
Airline boarding pass printing
Cardio room access for guests 18 and older

Reservations:
Reservations may be made either by calling the reservation number listed above and requesting the TUG group rate or online by visiting this link (also provided below). You may also modify your reservation by clicking Modify Existing Reservation below the Make Reservation button.

The reservation deadline is Wednesday, September 29, 2021, or until the hotel is fully booked. After this date, rooms will be accepted on a space availability basis at the group rate.

Cancellation Policy:

Please note that a deposit of the first night and tax will be charged to your credit card immediately. Please cancel 72 hours prior to arrival for a full refund of the first night room and tax. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty of first night room and tax.

Parking:

The ARIA Resort & Casino offers self and valet parking. Rates vary depending on number of hours parked.

Self Parking - $18 daily
Valet Parking - $30 daily (Mon-Thurs) and $35 daily (Fri-Sun)

Transportation Options:

The nearest airport is McCarran International Airport (LAS). If driving your own vehicle, we recommend using Google Maps for driving directions.
