A special discounted room rate of $279+ at the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City has been established for attendees of the conference. Using our hotel link below will guarantee the best negotiated rates. If you have found something that says otherwise, please
contact us immediately before booking.
Please note: as room nights sell out at the above discounted nightly rate, the room rate will increase based on availability. The current occupancy and sales tax (currently 13.82%)
and applicable fees will be charged in addition to the room rates set forth above.

The reservation deadline is Monday, May 11, 2026, or until the hotel fully booked. After this date, rooms will be accepted on a space availability basis at the group rate.

Cancellation Policy:
Individual reservations may be canceled 48 hours in advance without liability. Any deposits will be refunded.

The ride takes about 20 minutes to reach downtown, where most hotels are a short walk from a TRAX stop. A one-way fare is $2.50, but travel is free within the downtown "Free Fare Zone."
