To get to your clipboard history at any time, press the Windows logo key + V. You can even sync the clipboard history across your devices by Selecting Start > Settings > System > Clipboard.

Most workstations, especially those on a network have a password setup that forces a user to login. Additionally, they have a screensaver setup that will lock the workstation with that password after a few minutes. So here is a little unknown tip that can blind prying eyes when you leave your workstation without having to wait for the screensaver to kick in. Lock your workstation on demand by pressing CTRL+ALT+DELETE and then choose “Lock” from the menu that pops up. For even a quicker way, I use the hot key combo  + L (Windows key and L). This will lock your screen instantly. This is especially important when your screen may have sensitive corporate data displayed, such as payroll or employee records. I do this as habit every time I get up to leave my desk.

From SharePoint, if you go to the site and go to See All under the Documents section and browse to a document it will open by default in the client application on the user's computer, such as Word or Excel.
