What are the dates of the conference?
The NEW confirmed dates of the conference are Tuesday, September 29 - Friday, October 2, 2020.
Who should attend the TUG National Users Conference?
The conference will feature educational sessions by presenters versed in Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, Sage 100 Contractor & Sage Estimating software, as well as Sage representatives. Current users or potential users will gain valuable insight into current applications and future upgrades.

Please note: Registration includes access to sessions, meals, and conference events (such as the TUG Party, Welcome Reception, and General Sessions). Registration does not include hotel or travel arrangements.
What meals are provided?
The registration fee includes various meals throughout the conference:
- Tuesday - Breakfast, Lunch, and Light Hors D'Oeuvres at the Welcome Reception
- Wednesday - Breakfast and Lunch
- Thursday - Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner at the TUG Party
- Friday - Breakfast

I have a guest with me that would like to attend the Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening and TUG Party on Thursday evening. Can I register him/her for those evening events?
Yes, you may purchase a spouse/additional guest pass for $175.00. Spouse/additional guest passes allow access to the Welcome Reception and TUG Party, but does not include access to the exhibit hall, the ability to attend any sessions, or participate in breakfast or lunch throughout the conference. You may register your spouse/additional guest at the same time you register online for the conference.
Please note: all TUG conference-related sessions and events are for adults only.
I need a receipt for reimbursement. How can I obtain a receipt?
When you register for the conference online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail as well as a receipt that includes a summary of your charges.
Are there any updates regarding COVID-19 coronavirus?

In light of the latest public health guidance and with the best interests of our user community in mind, we have made the decision to postpone the 2020 TUG National Users Conference. We are excited to announce that we've secured a new date and will now be hosting the conference September 29 - October 2, 2020 at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans.
All existing registrations will be transferred to the new dates and refunds are being issued for any cancellations. All hotel reservations made at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans or the Hyatt House New Orleans over the May conference dates have been cancelled. If you are able to join us later this year, please visit our Travel page to rebook your hotel room.
The health and safety of our attendees, speakers, exhibitors, partners and staff remain our highest priority. We continue to take direction from global, federal, and local health officials like the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We want to acknowledge that the current circumstances are likely challenging for you, your family and your business -- just as it is ours.

What is the Conference registration cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be received in writing by the TUG office (email) no later than September 15, 2020, to receive a refund. Cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund minus a $100.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received between September 16, 2020 and September 28, 2020 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations received on or after September 29, 2020.
Can I transfer my registration to a co-worker if I have registered but cannot attend?
In the event you are unable to attend, your registration can be transferred to a colleague in your company at no additional charge. To perform a substitution, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your confirmation number and the colleague’s name and contact information.
CPE Credits – Which sessions are eligible for CPE credits and how do I obtain credits for the sessions I attend?
CPE participants will have the opportunity to earn a total of 21 CPE credits during the conference. Please be sure to sign into each session you attend using our new mobile app (as this is a requirement of the NASBA). Certificates will be sent via e-mail within 4 weeks of the conclusion of the conference.
Please note that following sessions are not eligible for CPE Credits:

- Sage & Third-Party Applications - Vendor Sponsored Sessions
Please refer to the session descriptions document and the individual session descriptions on the mobile app for sessions that are eligible for CPE credits.
How do I select my sessions or make changes to my session schedule?
TUG has a conference mobile app hosted by TripBuilder. You can connect with other attendees, select sessions, view & download session materials, receive notifications, view maps of the conference space, and more! Once you register for the conference, you can access the mobile app on your desktop computer or by downloading the app on your mobile device and logging in using the email address you used to register for the conference.
To register for sessions, please follow the instructions provided in your confirmation email to download and access the mobile app, hosted by TripBuilder. To download the mobile app on your mobile device for free, search for TUG 2020 in the App/Google Play Store. To log in to the mobile app (or desktop version of the mobile app)*:
- Enter your username (username is the email you used to register for the conference) and the default password provided (tug2020).
- Tap the All Sessions Offered icon to view the sessions. You can navigate between days using the arrows at the top next to the date.
- Click on a session to learn more about it.
- To register for a session, click the checkbox for said session on the listing screen (or the Add button on the session's detail screen). If a session is full, it will appear grayed out & you will receive a pop-up alerting you that it has reached its capacity.
- To view the sessions you've registered for, tap the MyEvent icon and select MySchedule.
- To unregister for a session you have registered for, click the checkbox to uncheck the session.
*Please note: it may take up to 30 minutes for your registration to transfer to the mobile app after you register for the conference, thus allowing you to log in.
Do I have to select my sessions before the conference?
Yes! Space is limited in the classrooms so we highly encourage all attendees to register for their sessions prior to arriving onsite. This helps ensure you're able to attend the sessions you're attending the conference for!
How do I make my hotel reservations?
A special discounted room rate of $219.00 + $3 occupancy fee per night, plus tax (currently at 15.75%) at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans has been established for the conference. Rates are also available 3 days prior and post conference.
Hotel Cancellation Policy:
Individual reservations may be canceled 48 hours in advance without liability. Any deposits will be refunded.
Note: If you had previously booked a room at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans or the Hyatt House New Orleans that fell over the May conference dates, your reservation has been cancelled. Please re-book your room for the new dates using the link above.
Is there a charge for parking at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans?
The Hyatt Regency New Orleans offers self and valet parking (hourly rates available).

Which is the closest major airport to the Hyatt Regency New Orleans?
The nearest airport is Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY). If driving your own vehicle, we recommend using Google Maps for driving directions.

What's the weather like/how should I dress?
New Orleans weather in late September/early October is still relatively warm, with average temperatures around 80 degrees during the day and cooler weather at night. We recommend you pack light clothing and bring a rain jacket and/or umbrella. For additional information, please visit www.weather.com.
Conference attire is business casual. We recommend attendees bring a sweater or jacket as meeting rooms tend to be chilly. We also encourage dressing in theme attire for the TUG Party on Thursday evening, though it is not required.
Will there be photographers at the event?
Photographers and/or video technicians will be present in almost all venues of the conference. By virtue of your attendance at the conference, you consent to and authorize the use of your image on video or in photographs by the host organization. This includes any reproduction of the image(s) in any media whatsoever, in connection with promotion of the program, materials and services. Also, please note that education sessions may not be video or audio-taped by an attendee or speaker.
