TUG Awards

TUG may present two awards each year at the National Users Conference. 

 Volunteer of the Year

The TUG Volunteer of the Year Award is presented to the TUG member who has provided outstanding service to TUG during the previous year.

 

 Hall of Fame

The TUG Hall of Fame Award is presented annually to TUG members in recognition of their exceptional, long-term service to TUG.

Selection - The President selects one individual based on service to TUG over the past year including but not limited to: committee involvement, presenting at the conference and/or webinars, writing Pulse articles, etc.

  Selection - The Executive Committee can select up to two recipients per year taking into consideration milestones such as service points, years of service, etc

Recognition - The recipient may receive the following:

  • $250 gift card
  • Plaque or other engraved award to keep
  • Name added to perpetual TUG Volunteer of the Year plaque
  • Volunteer of the Year ribbon for name badge
 
 

Recognition - The recipient(s) may receive the following:

  • $250 gift card
  • Honorary TUG membership (if recipent(s) do not already have one)
  • Plaque or other engraved award to keep
  • Name added to perpetual TUG Volunteer of the Year plaque
  • Hall of Fame ribbon for name badge
